This is a sketch I drew of the San Andrea which was designed by Leon Battista Alberti. It was considered Alberti's greatest work. The reason for it;s importance is achieved through it's interior possessing features influenced by Roman Architecture. This front facade illustrates the unified combination of two ancient Roman Forms: "Temple Front and Triumphal Arch"
Rome's Pantheon was built almost 2000 years however it's construction is still unique. The Pantheon means, "Honor All Gods" and it is for this reason this piece of architecture's proportions are of a monumental size. As illustrated, the most significant feature of the Pantheon is the large dome with it's oculus (hole in roof which allows light to flow through). This remains to be the largest unsupported dome in existence and is great architectural achievement.

This is a photograph of the University of Sydney's Quadrangle, one of the most decorated sites on their campus. USYD's architecture itself is beautiful and unique, and is popular tourist location. At the quadrangle, an individual is surrounded by these buildings, as they walk along the slightly depressed concrete paths.
